SAMEER BHATE

Former National Table Tennis Player

Mr. Sameer Bhate, 52, is a celebrated Indian table tennis player, coach, and administrator. For seven consecutive years, he was ranked among India’s top eight players and remained in Maharashtra’s top four for over a decade. In 2023, he won the World Championship Consolation Event in Muscat, Oman.

Since 2020, he has served as Secretary of the Table Tennis Suburban Association of Mumbai (TSTTA) and played a key role in establishing the national association IMPTTA. He has successfully organized major tournaments, including the Veteran Nationals 2025 with over 800 participants.
